Back Stretcher

Well Worth the money helps the lumbar spine I would recommend to any one with back pain. Great. but if you had a surgery i dont know then please ask your doctor

I use level two for about 10 min a day at this beginning stage. It makes my sore back much more comfortable! It’s a bit tight to bend and install the board, but once that part is done, you can just use it and relax.

It's hard to believe that something so small can make a big difference. It only takes a couple of minutes for relief when my back is aching. I also use it for regular stretching to prevent back problems.

I have had back problems for over 12 years but can get along pretty good because of my religiously keeping up with my stretching exercises, apart from the Back Magic. But, I have never gone almost a week with absolutely no pain before which is what has happened after I started using the Back Magic. I did experience some pain the first few days when using the device, which was only moderate. After I got off the stretcher, the pain from the stretching left and the back was pain free. It is now only mild pain when I stretch (at least twice a day) and it stops after the stretching exercise is over. I assume there will always be some slight discomfort in the future because of the correction the stretcher is making to the lower back.
