We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider

4.7 Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

A nominal COD handling fee may apply (displayed at checkout)
Payment must be made in cash to the delivery person at the time of delivery
Please keep exact change ready when possible
OTP or phone verification may be required
Refunds for returned COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Free shipping on all orders - no minimum order value, no hidden charges, no exceptions.

6.3 Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 1-4 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location:

Metro Cities: 1-3 business days
Major Cities: 2-4 business days
Other Locations: 3-5 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6.4 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

6.5 Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Please ensure:

The address is complete with landmark, if necessary
The pin code is correct
Contact phone number is reachable
Someone is available to receive the delivery

6.6 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order:

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may elect to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, in English.

15.5 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

15.6 Time Limitation

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Site or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

18. General Provisions
