1. Shipping Area and Coverage

1.1 Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Our shipping partners cover the vast majority of locations throughout the country, including:

  • All major metropolitan cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, etc.)
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Towns and rural areas (where courier services are available)
  • All union territories

1.2 Delivery Verification

You can verify delivery availability to your specific location during the checkout process. Simply enter your pin code, and our system will confirm whether we can deliver to your area.

1.3 Remote Locations

While we serve most areas across India, please note that:

  • Delivery to remote, rural, or hard-to-reach locations may take additional time beyond our standard delivery window
  • Some extremely remote areas may not be serviceable by our courier partners
  • Hill stations and island territories may experience longer transit times

1.4 International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to addresses within India. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the future.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Free Shipping

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders across India. This applies to:

  • ✓ All products, regardless of price
  • ✓ All pin codes we service
  • ✓ Orders of any size or quantity
  • ✓ No minimum order value required

2.2 No Hidden Charges

The price you see is the price you pay. We do not add any:

  • Shipping fees
  • Handling charges
  • Packaging fees
  • Delivery surcharges
  • Remote location fees

Exception: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be subject to a nominal COD handling fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing Time

3.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh within 1 business day. This means:

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement
  • Our team physically inspects and packs each order to ensure quality
  • Processing occurs Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and national holidays)

3.2 Order Cut-off Time

To ensure same-day processing:

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM IST will typically be processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day

3.3 Non-Processing Days

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on:

  • Sundays: Our facility is closed
  • National Holidays: Republic Day (January 26), Independence Day (August 15), Gandhi Jayanti (October 2), and other government-declared holidays
  • Major Festivals: Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas (specific dates may vary)

Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

3.4 Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive:

  • Immediate Order Confirmation: An automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order
  • Order Confirmation SMS: A text message confirming your order details
  • Shipping Confirmation: A second email and SMS with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

3.5 Pre-Order and Backorder Items

If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock:

  • We will notify you via email about the expected restock date
  • You can choose to wait for the item or request a refund
  • Available items in your order may be shipped separately

4. Delivery Time and Methods

4.1 Estimated Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 1-4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. The total time from order placement to delivery is generally:

  • Processing Time: 1 business day
  • Shipping Transit Time: 1-4 business days
  • Total Estimated Time: 2-5 business days from order placement

4.2 Delivery Timeframes by Location

Approximate delivery times based on destination:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 1-3 business days
  • Major Cities and Tier 2 Cities: 2-4 business days
  • Other Locations, Towns, and Rural Areas: 3-5 business days
  • Remote Locations: 4-7 business days

Please Note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary based on courier availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Shipping Methods

We use premium air shipping for most orders to ensure rapid delivery across India. We have partnered with India's most reliable and trusted courier companies:

  • Delhivery - Leading logistics and supply chain services
  • Blue Dart - Premium express air and integrated transportation services
  • Xpressbees - E-commerce logistics solutions

The courier partner is automatically selected based on your location to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery. We cannot accept requests for specific courier preferences.

4.4 Delivery Process

When your order is out for delivery:

  • The delivery partner will attempt to deliver to the address provided during checkout
  • You may receive a call from the delivery person to confirm your availability
  • A signature or OTP verification may be required upon delivery
  • For COD orders, payment must be made in cash to the delivery person

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Receiving Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive:

  • Tracking Email: An email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package
  • Tracking SMS: A text message with your tracking number and tracking link
  • Shipping Confirmation: Details about the courier partner handling your delivery

5.2 How to Track Your Order

5.3 Tracking Updates

You will receive real-time updates on your package's journey, including:

  • Order dispatched from our facility
  • In transit to your city
  • Arrived at local hub
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered

5.4 Tracking Information Delay

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the courier's system after you receive the shipping confirmation. This is normal and does not affect your delivery timeframe.

6. Multiple Items and Split Shipments

6.1 Combined Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, we will make every effort to ship them together in one package to ensure:

  • Faster delivery
  • Reduced environmental impact
  • Easier tracking

6.2 Split Shipments

In some cases, we may need to split your order into multiple shipments. This may occur when:

  • Items are temporarily out of stock at our facility
  • Products are stored in different warehouse locations
  • Large or heavy items require separate packaging
  • Items have different shipping requirements

If your order is split:

  • You will receive separate tracking information for each package
  • We will notify you via email about the split shipment
  • All items will still be shipped within our standard timeframe
  • No additional shipping charges apply - shipping remains free

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

7.1 Delivery Attempts

If the delivery person is unable to complete delivery (e.g., you're not available or the address is incomplete), they will:

  • Make 2-3 delivery attempts on different days/times
  • Leave a missed delivery notice (if possible)
  • Call or send an SMS to coordinate delivery
  • Update the tracking status with attempt information

7.2 Rescheduling Delivery

If you miss a delivery attempt, you can:

  • Contact the delivery partner directly using the number provided in the tracking update
  • Use the tracking link to reschedule delivery

7.3 Return to Sender

If all delivery attempts fail or you do not respond to the courier's contact attempts:

  • The package will be returned to our facility
  • We will contact you to coordinate reshipment or process a refund
  • You may be responsible for reshipment costs for the second delivery attempt

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

8.1 Package Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Check Immediate Surroundings:
    • Look around your delivery location (behind gates, near front door, side entrance)
    • Check with building security or mailroom
    • Ask neighbors if they received it by mistake
    • Check with family members or roommates
  2. Verify Delivery Address:
    • Confirm the address in your order confirmation matches your actual address
    • Check if the package was delivered to an alternate address you may have provided
  3. Contact Us Immediately:

    • We will work directly with the courier company to investigate and resolve the issue
    • We may arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund

8.2 Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your orders, but damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Inspect Upon Delivery: Check the package for visible damage before accepting delivery, if possible
  • Document the Damage:
    • Take clear photos of the damaged packaging
    • Take photos of the damaged product
    • Note any damage on the delivery receipt, if applicable

    • For faster resolution, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Resolution:
    • We will arrange for an immediate free replacement
    • Or issue a full refund, per your preference
    • We will arrange free reverse pickup for the damaged item

8.3 Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item (wrong product, wrong size, wrong color):

  • Include your order number and photos of the incorrect item
  • We will arrange free pickup and send the correct item immediately
  • No additional charges apply

9. Shipping Delays

9.1 Potential Causes of Delays

While we strive to deliver within our estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather Conditions: Heavy rain, floods, storms, or other natural events
  • Peak Seasons: Major festivals (Diwali, Holi), sale events, or holidays
  • Courier Delays: High shipment volumes, vehicle breakdowns, or operational issues
  • Remote Locations: Limited courier service availability in certain areas
  • Address Issues: Incomplete, incorrect, or difficult-to-locate addresses
  • Customs or Security Checks: Random security screenings
  • Force Majeure: Strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, civil unrest, or government restrictions

9.2 What We Do

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:

  • We actively monitor all shipments and track potential delays
  • We work closely with courier partners to expedite delivery
  • We will proactively contact you if significant delays are anticipated
  • You can contact us anytime for updates on your order status

9.3 Your Options

If your order is significantly delayed (more than 7 days beyond estimated delivery):

  • We may offer to resend your order via a different courier
  • Or we can process a full refund if you prefer to cancel

10. Shipping Address Requirements

10.1 Complete and Accurate Address

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

  • Full Name: Recipient's complete name (first and last name)
  • Complete Address:
    • House/Flat number and floor
    • Building/Society name
    • Street/Road name
    • Landmark (very helpful for delivery persons)
    • Area/Locality
    • City and State
    • Correct PIN code
  • Phone Number: Active mobile number that can be reached

10.2 Address Verification

Before checkout:

  • Double-check all address details for accuracy
  • Ensure the PIN code matches your actual location
  • Verify your phone number is correct and reachable
  • Add clear delivery instructions if needed (e.g., "Call before delivery", "Leave with security")

10.3 Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately at support@martiso.com or +91-9891355197. We will update the address if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
  • After Dispatch: Address changes are generally not possible once the package is in transit. Contact the courier directly using the tracking information, though they may not be able to redirect the package.

10.4 Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Unavailability of the recipient at the delivery address
  • Address that cannot be located by the courier

In such cases, return shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

11. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship the following items due to legal or courier restrictions:

  • Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, corrosive substances)

11.2 PO Boxes and Military Addresses

  • We can ship to PO Boxes where courier service is available
  • Military APO/FPO addresses may have limited courier availability
