This peeler is amazing gets the work done in just a few minutes. cleaning this peeler is very easy too just remove the lid on the top and wash the inside with water. you can also use soap. it dries quickly and the container can store a good amount of the vegetable skins at one time. this amount of skins in the picture has come off out of two times of emptying the peeler. it really holds a great amount of skin at once
