The packaging for this product is perfect. There is one handle with two attachments and it comes in a magnetically closed box that has spaces for each of the attachments.

Works as advertised. Since the heads are easily removed and attached, you can place them in the fridge to chill them for a cold therapy facial massage. When attached to the handle, the head is cold, while the handle remains at room temperature. Recommended by me!
