Ab Roller Solo

It works. Even for an intermediate and advanced user, this ab roller will give your six-pack a good workout. This is not the first time I have bought a product from this company. So, I have come to expect their high quality of customer service.

Worth every rupee. Love the fact that it came with the free knee pad! I have hard flooring at home, so the knee pad is a lifesaver for my knees! Also, the back of the knee pad has a sort of textured pattern to help with the grip. Go for it!

It's the easiest thing I've ever assembled and it came with a knee mat. Works as you would expect, nothing missing or anything I would change or add to it.

I needed this especially since the gyms closed down and I'm working out from home. Sturdy and durable!

Using this several times a week is a great way to improve core strength. While I am by no means a personal trainer or fitness guru, I can speak to improved posture, less back pain, and greater flexibility. Totally worth the price.

Rolls very easily on any surface while still feeling really solid. I've tried other ab wheels which just seem kind of flimsy, like the wheel moves side to side too much, and it makes for an unnerving exercise. This one has no flimsiness when moving to the side.

My core is fairly weak so even after some simple use of this my abs were sore for the next few days. I’m pretty excited about incorporating this regularly into my workouts.

Works as advertised. Very sturdy and high-quality ab roller. You can tell that it is made from very high-quality material. The grips were very thick and I did not feel any pain in my hands after using it for 20+ reps.
