Silicone Baking Mat

Love this piece of mat. food friendly and heat resistant. made three tier cake for my parent's anniversary. haven't yet used the ruler part but don't think i am gonna need that

i have always wanted to bake a pie at home but of course didnt have the required utensils. when i read the recipe online i got the impression that i'd need a measuring device for the crust size to match the pan size. so i went online and purchased all the stuff on the internet including this mat. when it arrived i was so excited i practically ripped the package apart. found this gem neatly packed without any creases or damage. in the evening i started making the pie and boy this mat helped me so so much. i ended up baking a chocolate pie and some cookies. the shape was perfect and even. loved this.

I got this for my daadi she loves to cook and bake. we have a new kitchen and she has been looking at recipes to make in the oven. i got her this and she was very happy. that weekend she baked a ton of food and it was so much that we had to invite my friends to eat them and spend time at the new house. this was worth it.

Great for making all kinds of food at home. not just bakery items but other dishes too. i would certainly recommend this to every housewife. Whether it's Holi's gujia or Diwali's peda, this will be essential.

I like everything about these baking mats. They are great in the oven and really cut down on clean up for cookie sheets and baking pans. I bought some more to put in my refrigerator. Cleaning is a breeze. I just take them out, wipe them down with vinegar and water and rinse them off. I let them dry in the dish drainer whilst I wipe down the frig. And they provide an added bonus of keeping the glass shelves from getting all scratched up.

Made pound cake using this mat and the measurements were perfect. it saved me time and efforts. i would surely recommend this mat to people who love to bake like me. if you are here you are already convinced to get it so i am not going to push you anymore just know it is worth it.

This mat has been extremely helpful since i started my little bakery store at home. i am currently only delivering upto 6kms nearby but this mat has been very helpful in making the items. I have made all sorts of things from biscuits to cake, chocolate chip cookies, momos, pies and marble cakes.

I use just the tiniest bit of flour. My crusts were very easy to make without sticking, or using parchment paper and chasing it around the counter. What really amazed me was making biscotti, which is the stickiest dough I make. No sticking and I was successful in rolling the dough without a hitch. Love it.

I was surprised that this mat came folded instead of rolled, but it fits into my cabinet better this way. Easy to unfold for countertop,use, and it lays flat. The markings are bright enough to see as you roll out the dough. It is sturdy enough that it doesn't move around when turning and rolling dough. i baked a cake for my wife's birthday and some choclate pies for easter dinner at my home. i literally couldn't stop bragging about it.
