Push-up Board

I bought this as an impulse buy. I do a lot of push ups in my morning workout and was having some difficulty with my wrists for various reasons. This prevents excessive wrist bend and puts you in perfect position to isolate muscle groups. It really feels like a better workout than just pushups on your own. It comes with a workout guide and a link to videos to see more in action. Price point for what you get is worth it. There has been visible muscle increase since adding this to my workout routine. I like doing body weight exercises and I don't regret adding this tool.

I was honestly surprised at how well this targets muscles beyond chest / triceps. The back and shoulder positions seem like they wouldn't be that different just by looking at the board, but I can really feel back and shoulder muscles working. The different positions even target upper or lower back and inner/mid/out shoulders.

The chest ones are also good. I can definitely feel the upper and lower parts of my chest working differently.
Overall, this is a big surprise and the variance of the exercises helps keep it interesting.

The first day I got this I did the whole upper body from start to finish only doing 5 reps per set. 2 days later I gave the normal feeling of torn muscle fibers that you get when you take time off and life free weights at the gym. I love it. The best part it doesn’t take up space. Include your own cardio, stretching, and core training, and you’re set. ( I have never given a 5-star review before). This however takes out the guess work.

I didn't know doing pushups can be this easy. I didn't even know that i could build my upper body strength with so many different exercises with just one piece of equipment and one style. Although I know how to do these exercises on my own, this product makes it easy, efficient and is dependable in a way that you cannot cheat in any way. No need for a big home gym that a lot of us have spent money on. This does the trick for you.

I've purchased lots of different work out products. Some were worth buying and some were worthless. I was a little apprehensive about buying due to the price but this push up board was definitely worth the money. really wanted this board because it allows consistency in my workouts. Because the push up locations are preset I know that I'm always using the same angles and distances to target specific muscle groups. The board and handles are well made. The board is easy put together and store. The handles are comfortable and sturdy. For my workout I do 5 reps of each preset location until I have completed the entire board with as few breaks as I can manage. It's really a simple device but it makes a big difference in the effectiveness of my workout. It also provides a visual clue to my workouts which is mentally much easier than trying to knock out endless push-ups on a mat. Out of all of the workout gadgets and products that I've purchased I would say that this will definitely be a part of my workout for a long time. I would definitely recommend this product.

This thing I great you feel it the next day I have been using since I got and I’m seeing good results starting to show. If you are a beginner like me you'd need to exercise in one position quite a few times before switching over to another.

I'm a big believer in bodyweight exercises and pushups are one of my regular workout staples. However it felt like I could never get my form right or consistent from day to day. I also would often get sore wrists from having my hands flat on the floor. This tool solves both of those problems for me. I was surprised by how large and heavy it is and after working with it for a few weeks now I can definitely feel a huge difference the muscles I'm working.

Great product overall! The exercises target specific muscles and after each set you can feel an incredible pump. Might even get a better workout than with free weights in regards to my arms, chest and shoulders.
Noticeable wrist pain with exercises because the handles aren’t padded. Taking a proper break between sets or changing thumb place can relieve this. Great price too. I have recommended this product to my friends and family too.

I love this product! It doesn't take up much space, it's fairly light, it works well on all even surfaces, and gives your muscles a great burn. When I first bought this I was worried about the sturdiness of the product, but don't worry this thing is pretty dang solid. They've made it super easy by color coating the different muscle groups and the different position needed to work them out.
