Push Up Board 9-in-1

Highly recommended if you're looking to do push-ups without any strain on your wrist. and especially for people wanting to do exercises at home

I tried them the first time last night - ugh I am out of shape! But I will be using my push up stands regularly to get back in shape and getting these are part of the motivation to exercise regularly.

The Push Up Bars are a great way to get some quick and effective exercise. I've been using them for about two weeks and already seeing improvement in strength. The Push Up Bars are made of quality material so I figure they'll last for awhile. I will recommend this

These work awesome. I started doing push ups . Since gyms in my area won't be opening for regular business anytime soon. When i started ' I was using my hands. My wrist would hurt and i knew in long term no good. So i purchased these. They are sturdy solid construction Material . No discomfort in wrist they swivel . With so many to choice . Im glade i made the right decision .

Exactly what I expected, allows deeper pushups, and the ability to rotate during the pushup helps alleviate pain I have from a previously broken wrist. I have used this for three weeks now and twice a day so yes i am getting good results already. just 30-40 minutes of each set of ten would do the trick
i surely recommend this to anyone who is working out at home during this pandemic

These push up stands are sturdy well constructed and help relieve the stress and strain on my hands and wrists I felt with normal pushups. They are helpful for not only that reason, but I feel they allow me to go a little deeper on regular push-ups. I'm experimenting with their other suggestions and I'm also very pleased with their follow up and interest in making sure I'm satisfied with their product. Excellent experience so far. If this is any indication of their other products and customer service I will be a steady customer.

perfect equipment for doing chest and shoulder exercises. I have only used two colors so far so i am yet to explore all the other exercises and then update the review accordingly thanks

Nice product, fairly priced...increases the intensity of the simple and effective push-up. Helps prevent soreness in the wrists. Definitely worth buying.

It is the first time I am using a rotating stance. It makes and the kinds of push-ups more efficient , interesting and less stressful on joints. It seems that the muscles get more workouts from different angles while rotating. The way the handle is comfortable and I use it on the carpet and wood floors. They say it can hold upto 100kgs now i am not sure about that but i a not going to share this board with my brother who is a solid 90 lol.
