I don't leave the house without one. I lost 42kgs and was advised by my doctor to wear a compression shirt to help with my skin retracting. this actually helped and now I don't have loose skin at all. And these also help me feel confident and also help with sweat. I own 2 and rotate. Very comfortable to wear and feels just like any cotton undershirt vest.

Fits great, very comfortable. I ordered XL and I wear a 2XL shirt. So I would say order a size smaller than you are. The length is also good, I have tried other brands and the creep up. This one is a good length.

i have lean body but i have a tummy that looks out of place and i wanted to do something about it without having to do workout because i have bach issues. As described. Fits well, the material is breathable and you feel good. When you wear it, it feels like 4-5 kgs has gone. I am very satisfied.

This white compression vest has helped me looking slim and fit for my sister's wedding. Even in Delhi's October heat and a lot of running around this fit well and was soft on my skin. I see no difference in the quality of a cotton vest and this one. However, this is much more effective to make you look toned.
